If I do a raid 1 in windows (intel rapid store) from an existing system, will the system license fly?

I have a server, but it is windows 7. It has been working for a long time without any complaints, but the disk is old. Here I want to make raid 1. If I do, then the license will fly?

No.
Windows does not use the drive for binding. Intel Rapid Storage does not hide real drives.
