Will my eyes hurt if I use the monitor in 30Hz mode?

There is a PC with a video card that only supports 4k 30Hz.
Will only be used for coding.
Does this hurt your eyes?

No.
In this mode, I worked at the LG 27UK650 monitor connected to a laptop for a little less than a year. Only the torn movement of the cursor, page scrolling catches the eye. On films and YouTube in 24k / s there is no difference at all)

They do not hurt, but keep in mind that this is not entirely comfortable.
