How to solve the problem with turning on the computer (details in the content of the question)?
Hello.
I have such a problem:
When you press the "Turn on" button on the system unit of the computer, it turns on, the operating system loads, everything works as it should, except for the monitor. The monitor stays dark, the monitor's "on" button flashes, but the screen does not light up. So the operating system has already loaded completely, and the screen still does not "light up", only the power button is still blinking.
If after that you restart the computer, then the monitor is already working as it should, everything displays. So I turn on this computer: I turn it on, and then I reboot.
This problem arose after the video card was changed in the system unit.
How can I solve the problem without changing the video card? I've tried reinstalling/installing newer drivers.
Windows XP is used.
All other computer data is attached in the photo to this issue. If you need any other computer data - write, I will provide them.

Problems with the video card - does not have time to turn on.
That is - the computer turns on, the motherboard does not detect the vidyuhi, does not display self-test messages, Windows is loaded again without the vidyuhi.
Driver, PSU has nothing to do with it.
Try to turn on the computer and after 2 - 5 seconds press the "reset" button on the case - the computer should normally boot up with a picture.
Inspect the motherboard, video card, and power supply for swollen capacitors.
Check with another PSU.
If the bios is also not visible, boot from the built-in one and install the driver.
If the bios is visible, press F8 and select VGA mode
8500GT is most likely no longer a tenant. Nvidia of those years is almost all dead. You need to check the work in 3D in FurMark, for example, on the 2nd boot, when there is an image, if artifacts appear or freeze, then the video card means.
I once had something similar, the computer turned on and the monitor didn’t, but I didn’t try to restart the system unit, I disconnected the VGA cable from the vidyuhi and then connected it back, and the screen came to life. Everything changed after I connected the monik with a DVI cable.
