The essence of the question is already stated in the title. There is a license box 1C Enterprise 8.3 and the need to start working in it. The computer on which the program is supposed to be installed runs on Windows 7 maximum without a license, to be precise, the OEM version of the OS is installed. Are there any technical problems during the installation and use of the program?

Will work. Problems due to the lack of a license you will have only with law enforcement agencies. The 1C platform (if you do not perform some illegal actions on it) requires only its own license.
