Write a script that will -
1) Look at the root of all drives and look for a flag file.
2)Copy files from the folder to the disk where the flag is found.
Throw this script into the task scheduler and hang it on the "connect a removable disk" event or something like that.
Well, or make a semiautomatic device - throw a batch file into the root of the flash drive that will copy files from a specific folder to the current directory. And hands zhamkat it every time you connect a flash drive.
