DDR4 1600/1866/2133 - this is the maximum clock speed of the RAM that the processor can support. If the RAM has a higher frequency, then the frequency will be cut off at the maximum allowed frequency for the processor (it will start, but at lower frequencies, most likely by 2133).
Also, if you insert an additional RAM slot with a lower frequency (than the first one), then the frequency of both bars will be equal to the lowest ...
