Are i7 9xx and xeon 56xx pinouts different?

There is an lga 1366 motherboard with two broken legs, H31 & F31 respectively. The reason for this ailment is the fall of the processor. Despite this small drawback, everything works normally with the i7 920 processor. I plan to replace the processor with a 6-core zion of the 56xx line, one problem arose. After reviewing the datasheets of both processors, I found out that they have different pinouts. In the case of Zion, these inputs are responsible for DDR2_ECC & DDR2_DQS. Will the system work and chase if I install zion?
