Do Xeons E5* support Windows Server 2019?

Blade servers based on Intel Xeon 5520/5630/5640 are available. Hyper-V 2008R2 is deployed on them, we plan to replace it with Hyper-V 2012R2 as part of the reorganization of computing power.
Will Windows Server 2019 (specifically 1909) work as Hyper-V guests on our Xeons?

1. And what is your goal, relying specifically on version 1909 (which was in the Semi-Annual Channel and its support was terminated a year ago)?
