I think you know that KabyLake's thermal interface is not the best, so they are prone to overheating.
What cooler would you recommend so that it doesn’t get warmer than 60 in games. Yes, and it didn’t make much noise, any price (no more than 5000)

If you don't want to bother with water cooling, then get a Zalman with a copper base and heatpipes.
