The problem appeared after reinstalling Windows. Before it, there were no problems with the processor: it worked with Turbo Boost turned on at almost maximum frequencies (3.8-4 GHz) with a temperature within 80 ° C. Now, when launching demanding games, the processor is at 1.4-1.8 GHz, and after 5 minutes it works intermittently at intervals of several seconds, then at 2.4 GHz, then at 0.8 GHz. Temperatures with all this do not exceed 72 ° C (i.e., it should not throttling), and the processor load is far from 100%. I reset the Bios settings, tried various schemes and power settings - nothing helps. I did not find my problem with a working solution on the Internet. With what it can be connected?
