Replacing thermal paste MSI PS42 006ru?

Processor Intel Core i5-8250U
Video card GeForce GTX 1050 Max-Q 4GB I own a laptop for

about 2 years. I often clean it, but I have never changed the thermal paste. Now I think it's time, but I can not find information about which thermal paste material is better and what thermal conductivity is suitable.

Now I’m going on business trips for a few months, where I won’t be able to do this, but the laptop will come in handy. I'm worried that then it can turn out to be a round sum, because. sometimes I notice "unjustified" (as it seems to me) heating.

Preferably not a very expensive option, but I will not cheapen it either. I think that within 1000 rubles ($15) something can be found.
