What to enter in .jar or .bat files for autorun?

I created a program based on Jframe and I need that when I run it for the first time, in the future it will start automatically when Windows starts (7 or 10 I don't know). What should be put in .jar , or should .bat be used? Is this even possible?

If you have a good monitor-keyboard-mouse, IMHO, you should look at corporate laptops that have docking stations (or at least port replicators), so that the laptop can be easily connected to all peripherals, and when you want to leave, turn it off with a flick of the wrist. Of modern laptops, Dell is well suited for this, and before there were wonderful Thinkpads, but the last really high-quality and convenient generation is *20 there (well, the next, *30, if you install a keyboard from *20 yourself). But they are already old in hardware, so look at Dell corporate models with your budget.

Yes, it's possible. You can create a batch file and add a task to the Windows Scheduler at startup.
Since you designated the Windows platform, I note that Windows has a "Task Scheduler",
