Good afternoon!
Please tell me how can I monitor the CPU load on the Windows server in % in Zabbix as in the task manager?
system.cpu.util[] - Shows value in parrots. (Although in older versions of zabbix it worked fine)
perf_counter[\Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time] - doesn't show loading at all.

Or tell us who and how monitors the download? In what units and what are you focusing on.

I hasten to upset you - exactly those percentages that are visible in the task manager are actually parrots.
Measuring the load of multi-core modern systems is generally such an ambiguous thing. Read at least the discussion regarding the display of LA in Linux...
