Will channeled air help keep a laptop cool?
The laptop is closed and turned upside down, a separate monitor is connected for it, cleaned, lubricated, etc., but at night it sometimes beeps at times, even if the browser is open.
I want to buy a cooler and put it on the laptop, where the air is taken in by the internal Cooper, will it help? Who has already tried this.
I will say right away that the coasters do not interest me, because this hat is full, the laptop is upside down. Humbling at times

It is better not to disturb the air circulation.
cleaned, lubricatedBetter change the cooler inside to a new one.
My laptop costs the same as yours, I bought myself a cooling pad, it helps with loads. I can't say anything about air circulation, etc. For 3 years of using a laptop with a cooling pad, there were no complaints
And you try not only to put the external one on the laptop, but also turn off the internal cooler. With the right installation, you will achieve the desired effect. If it is wrong at 100 degrees, it will cut itself out.
The normal position of the laptop and the increased gap between the table and the laptop will help.
"Infuriates the rumble" - change the cooling fan. My fan has been running almost silently even at maximum speed for the 5th year (Lenovo W530).
It buzzes because there is wear on the bearings, so the fan itself does not develop the necessary speed and therefore does not cool well.
If the dust is removed, there is a hum and at the same time it heats up - 100% fan for replacement.
Lubrication probably won't help.
