How to make the computer automatically turn off when overheating with a notification?

Gaming computer, expensive vidyuha percent, etc.
I'm afraid that in the summer it can overheat while playing on ultras in new games.
How to prevent overheating, and if it overheated, it turned off with a notification (I'll put less settings next time)?

The processor has a maximum operating temperature, when this value is exceeded, the PC restarts without warning, etc.
The video card will most likely simply reduce the load to a minimum, which can cause brakes, artifacts, etc.
PS With normal cooling and without overclocking, it is almost impossible to harm the hardware, since there will be no overheating.

I will add to the above that the settings of the CPU cooler can be adjusted in the BIOS; there are many settings there, for example, the temperature at which the alarm will work
