Hello, I have a need to add a second account in Windows 8. Fortunately, I know how to do this, but when I log in with a new account, an error pops up. The error was: "The User Profile Service could not log on. Unable to log on." At the same time, I calmly enter mine. I checked whether this service is running (you never know), it works as usual, I can’t understand the reason. Help to understand please.
