Actually, the question can be seen from the picture, Google gives out some schemes for checking the disk system and installation images, but they do not solve anything. Every time it downloads something ("DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL"), then it just returns this screen, but with an error.

Just download the image from site. It will be easier, at least it helped me
