The problem was with the video card. She apparently burned out. I inserted another all the rules
UPD: 08/02/19 the vidyuha fell off again, again I fry it

Iron problem. You can quickly see if something like a cooler has fallen off, if everything is rotating, if there are swollen capacitors on the mat. board, check the power supply, memory.

I met this before, when it broke, and after the firmware everything fell into place. Especially since the loader and components are working.
Along the way, check the thermal paste, fans, the correctness of their connection and re-insert the RAM, video card, blow dust in their slots. Turn off everything unnecessary, for a while.
