The processor is overheating, the reasons for the breakdown?

To begin with, my characteristics:
Processor - intel i5 6600k;
Motherboard - MSI Z170A Krait Gaming;
Memory - Corsair Vengeance 16 gb;
Video card - Nvidia Geforce GTX 970 4Gb;
Power supply - Corsair RM750x - 750 W;
CPU cooler - NZXT Kraken X62;
What is the essence of the problem, half a year ago I left this computer and did not use it, at that time it worked fine and did not overheat, and there were no problems. Just yesterday I decided to turn it on and play it, it turned on for a while and then turned off abruptly, I tried to turn it on but it either turned on and immediately turned off, or turned on and sent it to the selection screen (such as go into Windows or the BIOS, or reset everything BIOS-a settings), I did not yet know that it was overheating and was suffering, then I saw the temperatures and decided to change the thermal paste, as soon as I changed it, the result did not change, it still overheated. I decided to clean the radiator and fans, it still overheats and gains 100 degrees, in the end I scalped it myself, and what do you think the result is? It didn’t change successfully either, I don’t know what’s wrong with the processor,

Maybe mother? Is she visually ok? food chains? conders? if there is a tester for the motherboard, check all the codes for errors with it.
The best thing to exclude all factors is to test your stone on another motherboard. If the situation is the same, then - a stone. If not, it's most likely the motherboard. But about the malfunction of the stone, it's very strange ..
