Will active noise canceling headphones help?

Hello, I want to buy active noise canceling headphones.
I am considering the following models:

  • SONY WH-1000XM3
  • Bose QuietComfort 35 II
  • Bowers & Wilkins PX

The main goal: to protect yourself from noisy neighbors (noise from the TV, dogs, cats, voices, furniture movements, cars)
Actually the question is: will it be a way out to buy such barbeques? If so, which one is better to choose?

I don't think they will help.
Profit is still possible against monotonous noise, but voices, animals are also heard.
In addition, in silence, you can hear how these headphones sound on their own.
Buy better earplugs. They will do your job much better.

No, they won't help. Active noise cancellation suppresses sounds that can be identified as repetitive.
Good closed ears will help. But, you may need a sound card for them + an amplifier.
For extremely loud rooms, I had the following solution -
beyerdynamic dt770 pro + earplugs. You can have very quiet music in the background, and that's it.
