Ubuntu 20.04 headphones not working?

Good day. Installed Ubuntu 20.04 (Gnome version 3.36), I'm seeing strange problems with headphones.

The sound is output exclusively through the speaker, in pavucontrol there are no headphones in the output devices. But for some reason, the microphone from the headphones is displayed in the input devices.

In alsamixer, the situation is the same: the microphone is recognized, but the headphones as an output device are not.
Google didn't turn up anything relevant. Everything I tried didn't work. How to solve this problem?

ps tried other headphones - a similar situation. Windows 10 is also on board - everything works there.

Windows 10 is also on board.

That's why. If you turn off Windows, and not just reboot from them into another system, it should work.
