How to connect headphones from iphone to macbook?

I've scoured the entire internet to no avail. Help solve the following puzzle. I don't believe it's not possible.
We have:
- headphones from an iPhone (Lightning connector)
- Macbook Pro, with type-C and AUX
connectors - An adapter with different connectors on board (usb / type-c, etc.)
How to connect these headphones to a computer (or to any aux input )? There is an adapter from lightning to aux headphones, but for some reason there are no such ones, but vice versa. There is also lightning to type-c, but such adapters do NOT work with headphones. Isn't there a solution?

There is an option, I haven’t tried it myself, but it might work: make iphone a sound receiver from macbook. Try Airfoil Satellite on iphone and AIRFOIL For Mac on mac accordingly. It seems that this couple should simply broadcast sound from a poppy to an iphone, and even on a phone to your headphones.

let's move away from the concept of contacts / adapters / connectors, it slightly obscures the eyes, and look at the information that goes through these connectors.
in the case of lightning, a figure comes to the connector contacts, in the case of the male connector on the headphones there is a DAC (it is easy to google, it has been dismantled several times), which generates an analog signal, and an amplifier that pumps the emitters. (despite the external similarity and the same price, the lightning headset is an order of magnitude more complex than its 3.5 digital twin, it is, in fact, a big piece of the implementation of a digital audio player)
Where does the digital signal come from on the 3.5 beech audio jack? That's right, nowhere. It needs to be formed. You need a device, and even one approved by Apple (since the lightning interface, you need a chip and participation in the MFI program). You can search, but it is unlikely that such a thing exists in nature.

As I understand it, inside the lightning there is an ordinary small usb audio card.
So you need an adapter from lightning to usb-c.
For example this: https://www.amazon.com/Anker-USB-C-Lightning-Audio...
Or the one suggested by theuser . In principle, this is easily googled for "lightning female to usb c male adapter"
(usually it is written in the title that this is a headphone specialist)
Alternative: cut off the lightning and solder a 3.5mm jack

Cheaper and easier to buy an old model of headphones with a 3.5 connector and not fool around)

2 adapters:
4x 3.5mm jack (male-male)

lightning female adapter ( https://aliexpress.ru/item/4000698993444.html )
