Are there external protective headphones for open space suitable for bespectacled people?
I'm already tired of working in headphones drowning out the discussions around with music. I tried to use ear plugs, it was just awesome, concentration increased, but on the third week, the ears could no longer endure this mockery, they began to hurt. Now, as an option, I’m also considering headphones that are for builders - but I wear glasses and because of this I’m not sure that such headphones will be comfortable. Even if I wear a hat for a long time, it puts pressure on my ears, my ears on the temples of my glasses, and again I feel discomfort.
So the question is - has anyone come across construction headphones that can be worn by a bespectacled person for 8 hours?
PS: I don’t consider the option of headphones with active noise reduction, I read on the Internet, including bourgeois ones, and I got the impression that this is either pampering, causing strange sensations and headaches, or they specifically jam everything except voices for security reasons.

Egor Petrov I work in earplugs, maybe you just didn’t pick up the right ones for yourself, there are a lot of them.
As for external headphones, you do not need active noise cancellation (they are suitable for suppressing monotonous hum, but not office noise), but with good NOISE ISOLATION.
Just a week ago I had the same question. As a result, construction headphones Delta Plus Interlagos were bought.
Of the benefits:
* Small noises such as keyboard knocks, rustling papers and other things - cuts off cleanly.
* Convenient adjustment of temples. Can be easily adjusted to your head shape.
* Pretty light
. Of the minuses:
* Voices are not jammed as much as we would like. Those. they jam quite significantly, but don't expect a miracle. Those who have a soft voice cannot be heard, but those who have a sonorous and sharp voice can still quite clearly understand what they are saying.
* Ears sweat. Again, not much, but there is such an effect.
From the general:
* The head is squeezed. Need to get used to it. So far I have sat in them for a couple of days and I don’t seem to feel any discomfort, although after them you put on ordinary large headphones like slippers. By the way, the ears do not squeeze at all.
* When you sit in them, you can hear noises in your head and pulse :)
* I tried to put ear drops under them to listen to white noises - it's not comfortable. Due to the fact that they fit very tightly - the drops press on the ear to the point of pain.
As for glasses, I don't wear them. But it seems there are headphones that are designed for such things (there are really mounts for goggles, but you can probably search). As an option, look for workarounds such as replacing eyeglass temples, glasses with elastic bands, lenses, etc. That is, to "collect" some kind of glasses specifically for working with headphones.
In general, they liked it. I'm thinking of ordering the second ones for the house (two small children. Of course, it's impossible to drown them out, but it's much calmer in headphones and at least you can work somehow).
