How can I make my own headphone model?

Good day.
I decided to create individual headphones for myself, drew a 3d model, chose the filling.
But the question arises: to make the headboard, body and everything else is problematic, and besides, it will not be aesthetically pleasing. Who can I contact, is there any firm that can do this?

In my opinion, the strength-to-weight ratio is critical for headphones.
I use these at home .
Before ordering 3D printing, consider whether you can fit into a similar weight (there one cord weighs under 30g).

I understand that a person is interested, he has developed something for himself. Prints 3D parts on the side. He brings, collects. Kind of a hobby.
And order on the side ... Can you imagine the price of exclusive headphones ordered on the side, assembled on a turnkey basis? I'm not sure if you can invest in $300. And at such a price - is there really no worthy from Bang & Olafson or a similar brand?
