Will a wired XBOX gamepad work on a PC?

I know that there are For Windows versions, they definitely work. But I'm wondering if the attached wired gamepad will work, it seems like it comes with a USB connector.

Xbox is unlikely.
Xbox360 - 100% will.
And wireless from xbox360 can work if you buy a signal receiver (or solder it).

The guitar from x-box works on Mac, I think a bunch of a regular gamepad with a pc will work all the more!

I myself use this thing to connect a joystick from a ps3 to a computer.

It is wired - it will work, because. in it, the data goes through the cord.
If the gamepad is wireless, but with a cord included, then this is a Charge Kit, it is used only to charge the battery, and the data goes only through wireless, even if the gamepad is connected. Accordingly, to this you need to buy a receiver for the PC.
