How to flash a bluetooth module?

Friends, I still have a bluetooth module from my mouse and I would like to reflash it well or bring it to a state where it catches not only the mouse, but fully works like a bluetoth whistle in a stationary PC.
Where to begin? What tools to look at? A Google search gives only a bunch of programs for diagnosing a car by OBD / OBDII and other things that have little to do with working with iron as such.

Unfortunately, judging by the description of the device, most likely you are using a radio module without bluetooth support and it is not possible to reflash it for "unlock".
A bunch of 2.0 dongles are sold in Russia, you may need to ship from another region. With 4.0 worse, there are only a couple of models, which may be cheaper to order in a package from abroad.
And, yes, you are almost a het (question id - nnnmmm )
