Why won't Windows install from BIOS?

I need to reinstall Windows from BIOS, but nothing happens.
Probyval from a bootable flash drive:
1) The flash drive is definitely bootable
2) The BIOS is configured correctly
3) PROFIT????
4) Nothing

UEFI Boot is enabled, and the flash drive, obviously without an EFI partition, does not boot.

Change the BIOS setting regarding boot - change the GPT (Legacy) mode to UEFI, or vice versa ..
