Go to this folder and check if the rights you need are there. Ideally, cancel the installation completely, delete the Adobe folder and reinstall. And stop using assemblies from Vasyans.

Well it is written - it is denied access.
You are not allowed to write to this folder.
Give the user from which you work rights to this folder, then run the installation again.
