How to set up the Internet through a wireless network card when connecting through both wireless and wired?

There are two local networks, let 's say 192.168.0.0/24 (network1) and 192.168.1.0/24 (network2) . An
employee has a laptop, who constantly takes it home, on business trips, etc. (Win7)
Network 1 is wireless, he constantly uses it at work to access the Internet
Network 2 is wired, it contains a printer to which you need to print documents from a laptop, does not have Internet access
Networks 1 and 2 are physically separated.
The problem is that being connected to both wired and wireless networks at the same time, the seven considers the wired network a priority.
And, in fact, the question is: what kind of setting should be done on the seven so that the user does not climb into the network settings all the time, so that he does not have to change the default route manually.
PS: perhaps the issue has no solution at the level of setting the user OS, then it may be necessary to configure the gateways of networks 1 and 2.

@sazhyk

You need to manually assign a smaller metric for the wireless network, and a larger metric for the wired one.
In connection properties->TCP/IP Properties->Advanced. Uncheck "Automatically assign metrics" and enter your own values.
