Does dhcp affect ARP tables?

How does dhcp affect the infection of ARP tables? That is, the substitution of the ARP cache.
Is it better to use static? Drive everywhere with your hands? Or is there an alternative?
I understand that dhcp is not safe now? Or do I misunderstand? Explain, good administrators.

$query = 'INSERT INTO users (ids, numele)" .
"VALUES('$idds', '$last_name')';

Why does a string start with a single quote and end with a double quote? Here is the error.

dhcp is quite safe to use.
in general, if you approach only from the point of view of theory, then you can’t use anything at all, because there are attacks based on almost all technologies.
if you want to strengthen the security of your network, then ms ad + ms ias / freeradius + 802.1x is in your hands, coupled with the inclusion of dhcp relay and arp guard which thread is in the switches.

DHCP is a separate attack vector than ARP Spoofing

Use and configure DHCP snooping and/or DHCP relay on switches. One will protect access to the network from a static address (and not only), the second - from replacing the DHCP server
