Why is the IP not pinged on the second network interface of win server 2019?
there was a server with one interface to the Internet with a white IP, I calmly went to it via RDP on port 3389
connected a second network interface to it with IP
192.168. ping too, and ping to the local IP 192.168.0.1 from the server is normal and I see by the number of packets that through the second interface as it should be, and when I ping from the local IP server 192.168.0.1, I see on the second interface that incoming packets are growing, and outgoing do not change.
Well, I think everything is clear, the firewall just cuts the packets now, I will turn it off and it will work, turned it off, everything remains as before.
I start looking for magic and treating it with a reboot method, it doesn’t help either.
Maybe there are some restrictions on network connections in Windows Server 2019 and I need to turn something off or on in order to get access to the server through LAN?
