How to sync files between computers?

There are three computers, one of them is included constantly.
a solution is needed to synchronize files (about 60,000 files, 100GB) between all three PCs, so that you can add and delete from any of them.
I tried Syncthing, but when synchronizing it hangs hdd for 30-40 minutes (and this is not very convenient when turning on the computer)

It's easier to use a shared folder.

And you wanted to check about 60,000 files, 100GB is not a matter of seconds, and of course a decent load on the disk. This is fine. If you want to go faster, use faster disks for storage.

Make a separate network storage. Work on one computer through RDP. Connect computers via 10Gbe interfaces.
If syncthing is not suitable, then I see no other options. Instantly drive 60,000 files and 100GB is expensive.

put OwnCloud, or XPEnology on a virtual machine on a permanently turned on. absolutely superfluous to drive such a bunch of files from computer to computer back and forth.
