What program exists for identifying (16+) pictures among other images?

I want to tidy up the folders, where sometimes images / photos (16+) flicker, which I would like to sort into a separate daddy.
Some online projects have a bot that detects such images and deletes them. So this program should be for the average user?

I found an addon for FF, but it didn't work well - when I tried to slip a porn site into it, it blocked only a third of it.
And by the way, not 16+, but 18+. 16 is the age of sexual consent.
