I bought an intel core i3-9100F processor, 3600 MHz, TDP 65 W, OEM and a gigabyte H310M H 2.0 LGA 1151 motherboard. Why is there no reaction of the monitor and keyboard and no beeps? Can't attach photo

H310 and 9100F. You should check the bios version. The version below F11 does not know how to do this.
