Why Tunderbolt-Ethernet in macbook pro is not seen in windows 7?

Windows 7 is on the macbook.
I bought a Tunderbolt-Ethernet adapter - the subject is not detected in windows, but when loaded into mac os, of course, everything works perfectly.
Can anyone suggest how to treat? Google Peredol didn't help much. Didn't even help at all.

Windows also does not support hot plug Tunderbolt devices. the network card must be connected when you turn on Windows (this is a feature of this particular OS).
