Should I take the MacBook Pro 13 128gb 2017 for backend and mobile development?

Hello!
There was a need to purchase a second computer for home. The requirements for it are: mobility, performance, reliability, needed for development, I don’t play.
I develop for Android, Java, backend on Spring. You constantly have to run the server on Tomcat, idea, android studio, emulator, browser with a bunch of tabs. I have a laptop 15 inches full hd, with 8 gigs of disk space, i7 percent, no HDD, no SSD. It's hard, but it seems to do the trick. After reviewing and re-reading a bunch of everything, I chose the MacBook Pro 13 128gb 2017.
Can a MacBook Pro 13 128gb 2017 handle it? with active mobile and backend development (Java, Spring) and maybe a little bit of frontend?
Can eat analogs on Windows but fell in price?
Will 128 gigs be enough?
I ask knowledgeable colleagues to help finally decide.

It is worth taking 13k already in 2018, the keyboard was fixed there, and in versions with a touchbar i5 is more powerful than the top i7 in 15s of the 17th year! Then it's definitely enough!
And about the SSD, I personally had enough for web development (before that it was 13ka 15th year at 128).
It will only be necessary to buy either a timecapsule or some kind of USB HDD for backups and storing files. The same goes for clouds.
How I survived with 128 Gb - the system with all the software weighs 40-50 GB (this is even with the browser cache).
The project (website) - weighs a maximum of 200MB, with layouts - I had a maximum of 3GB (more video animation, go 2GB of them). Therefore, consider yourself. You can store at least 100 more projects on a Mac. But I store only current, completed projects on a poppy in a month or two and send them to the archive on disk. For example, I now have 256 Gb and 170 of them are free, while I still have a couple of Windows virtual machines on my Mac, they take up about 30 Gb)

Yes, well, what for on a 13 'screen, programming is masochism. After a 24' monitor, I can't get used to a 15' laptop.

Better take yourself an SSD, I answer them, the laptop itself has 4 cores of 8 gigs, it was completely stupid, now I have no problems with performance, but 128 gigs on a macbook is enough for you only for surfing and backend. Frontend and applications eat up a lot of disk space

Now I have Storm, Virtual Box, Vagrant, Chrome (which are hard on the HDD), animations on Windows 10 at maximum speed and not a single brake, launch in 10 seconds, after which you can immediately start something and it will open

If there is already one laptop in the family, but for normal operation you still have to connect this poppy to a normal monitor - isn’t it easier to completely replace it with a desktop for half the money with similar performance and the possibility of an upgrade? 1. 128 Gb is definitely not enough. I use Macbook for the same purposes 140 Gb have already flown away and I don't know where.
2. For the same purpose, I bought a laptop of the 16th year in a budget version with a 2 Ghz processor for 75,000 rubles. It is possible to develop back and front, but it is difficult. But much better than on the laptop of the 11th year, which had to be turned off at the end of the day and not suspended.
