Why samsung smart tv loses connection?

Hello!
Guys tell me how to solve the problem.
TV - Samsung ue55h6400
set up Wi-Fi, the signal is two divisions. It is not possible to work in the browser, because the connection is constantly lost, the connection is interrupted, check the network settings, just like when you try to install new applications, and there are no such problems on any other devices (phone, PC, two tablets). adsl router dsl 2600u (with the latest firmware), download speed up to 20 mb
service center will be the last measure (tv is not under warranty, they sent us as a gift from afar)
UP can you please advise a software for monitoring an Internet connection .... now I'm sitting on a PC in a browser and sometimes it knocks offline and immediately recovers .... maybe there is a problem with the router .... googled such programs, but all like networks - to monitor speed and traffic ....
UP2
Put the router in place (in another room), check the Internet on TV - everything works fine, measure the speed through the speedtest in the TV browser - 70 ping, download speed 4 meters .... in For half an hour I do five more measurements - the indicators are the same. The router cannot work every other time - it’s stable, it’s not. I measure speed on a computer (inet locally) - 16 meters loading.
I will check this option:
Find an android software that scans the Wi-Fi networks around you, perhaps the neighbors have gathered on the same frequency.
---
although we have the same password, and besides, they recently changed ....
Maybe the provider is buggy?
---
in general, I switched to the second channel, like the norms, although the speed is 2 meters. But here the problem is probably that the neighbors have a higher signal speed than my router, although we are sitting on different channels.

1.Find software for android that scans the Wi-Fi networks around you, perhaps the neighbors have gathered on the same frequency.
2. Temporarily transplant the TV set to LAN (most likely there is a cable connector, let the cable run through the whole house) see how it works on the cable.
3. If the first is positive, change the channel on the access point, if negative, further.
4. If the second normally move the access point closer to the TV (provided that the first is negative)
5. If the neighbors are not blocked and the access point does not help closer, then a new router.
Good luck

From a computer: ping ya.ru -t -l 5000 and see how many packets are lost in two hours. Take another router from friends for half a day, try with it

And why have all the recent been conducted on fashionable Wi-Fi? This technology does not provide a guaranteed bandwidth, and the more competitors (neighbors with points, devices in your network), the worse its quality. Wi-Fi is designed for the convenience of mobile devices: laptops, phones. A TV set is a stationary device, you won’t run around the apartment with it, so put it in the corner of the room and connect it via cable, and you won’t have any glitches on any router, and it won’t appear even when a war with neighbors starts because that you put a more powerful router and it now jams their signal. I am for the connection of stationary equipment with fixed communication lines.
