I have a laptop with Ubuntu 14.04 installed and it acts as a local server and file storage. You need to somehow make it possible to connect to a laptop via wi-fi, that is, so that you can find the access point created on the laptop on your phone and connect to it.
And one more thing, is it possible to make the access point automatically turn on when disconnecting from home wifi?
