How to connect a stand-alone computer to a local network?

Friends help urgently solve the problem that arose in my work. There is an office, it has a group of computers between which a local network is configured - the network works through a wired connection. All are connected to the same Internet provider and free Internet is available on all computers without any restrictions (if that helps). And in the same building, only at a distance of 40-55 meters, there is a stand-alone laptop that is connected to a Wi-Fi network. The task is to somehow connect this laptop to this local network to exchange information. (I'm not a system administrator and have nothing to do with it, just a problem that needs to be solved in the near future.) I'm ready to consider any solutions.

need a sysadmin.
1. connect the cable to the laptop
2. raise vpn on the router of the desired LAN and use the VPN client on this beech.
3. put an Access Point (WIFI) for the LAN to which you want to connect a laptop

Personally, I am for cable laying. And in general - to pay for only one connection with the provider.
And you can also contact the provider - a normal provider can connect two networks on their own.
