Access to a computer with a dynamic ip?

Good afternoon.
How to get a free ip/domain name to redirect to my computer?
I need to create my.site.com so that all requests come to my computer, and I have a dynamic ip.
I tried DynDNS and the like, but I can’t figure out what and how to configure.
Please tell me how to implement access.

DynDNS have their own client, installed on the computer and periodically throw off the IP to their DNS addresses. no-ip.org works quite adequately.
