How to render video without increasing speed?
I make animation in Flinto. It turns out 14 seconds when playing. I record video in mov, then I try to render it in Media Encoder, I attach the settings in the screenshot, in short - the h.264 codec, I reduce the resolution by 2 times. As a result, I get a video that lasts only 7 seconds, it feels like a bunch of frames are cut out and the pauses I need are removed, as a result, the time intervals between animations are reduced and everything looks very fast. I don't understand what's the matter. Animation needed in mp4 to embed on the site.

Most likely, on the clients, the firewall is blocking icmp from another subnet. Try with firewall turned off
Server 10.0.0.1 apparently does not have routes for networks 10.0.0.16/28 and 10.0.0.32/28. Try setting either default to 10.0.0.3 (if that doesn't break anything) or just static routes for those two subnets to 10.0.0.3.
Well, or show the routing table on the server and the firewall rules on Mikrotik.
