Ping jumps to the router via wi-fi, what should I do?

Good day.

The problem is that I connected a USB Wi-fi adapter and every 5-6 seconds the ping jumps up to 3000.

What attempts were made.
1) channel change
2) disabling constant network search
3) distance (does not always affect within reach (from 3-4 strips)
4) Connecting a USB wifi adapter to a laptop (the distance is the same "stand side by side") (there is no such problem screens are attached (the driver is the same everywhere))

Ideas are over ((((

I hope for your help.

Thank you.

Temporary Solution to the Problem:
Connect to the network, then open "cmd" and enter
netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=no interface=" network name "
(you will lose all available WiFi networks and ping, so that they reappear
you will have to enter the line ):
netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=yes interface=" network name "
with the advent of the network, ping will also return, so we enter the return of networks
before shutting down or immediately after turning on the computer.

1. Your computer may be turning off or putting the adapter into power saving mode. Try going to device manager, find your adapter, and disable power saving. Also prohibit saving power on USB devices. There are instructions on the internet on how to do this.
2. Try disabling the Firewall (Windows Firewall and antivirus (if the latter is installed). These programs can notice the constant sending of packets, and every 5-6 packets check what kind of packets they are.
3. Maybe your computer every few seconds somehow uses your adapter, delaying the packets coming through it to the background.Close the entire application, and try again. If this does not help, put the computer into safe mode with networking.Report here about the results.
