Why might the symantec backup exec 2010 tape drive not be backed up?

Good afternoon!
At work, we make backups from scratch. We installed symantec backup exec 2010, installed the agents on the servers.
First, we back up certain data from other servers to the server where symantec is installed. Everything is fine here, the copy came out at 2 terabytes.
We connected an HP streamer to the server. Symantik saw him.
After I try to send a file with 2 TB from the server to a tape drive (streamer) through the task, I get the following error: the minimum required number of drives and media could not be obtained. The cassettes themselves are 400 GB.
Please let me know if anyone has come across this error and how to resolve it. I've looked all over the internet and can't find an answer. I will be grateful for help.
