Why is wifi 5Hz very slow on MBP?

Hello. I bought a dir 825 (AC1200) router, updated it, configured it. Connecting to 5hz with Macbook pro 2015 and getting almost zero speed. I can't even open speedtest. On 2.4 everything flies. iPhones on 5hz - fly. What's wrong?

1) Update the firmware to the latest available.
2) Check if this channel is clogged, maybe the poppy address is not issued. try resetting everything.
