How to get access from one local network to another local network?
Hello, there was an acute question of obtaining access from the first network to the second.
The first network of computers of the second is available.
It is necessary that from the computer 192.168.0.2 I would have access to the computer 20.20.20.2.

We need to look at what tplink can do. But I don't think he can do that.
1) On Mikrotik, check, and if not, enable, routing from 192.168.0.0/24 to 20.20.20.0/22, if it is prohibited (hardly, but suddenly ...), for 192.168.0.2 or for the entire 1925.168.0.0/ 24 is to your liking.
2) On 192.168.0.2, write a static route to 20.20.20.2/32 (or wider up to 20.20.20.0/22) through 192.168.0.40.
3) Check that the LAN ports on the tlink do not work in isolated mode. If it's still installed, disable it.
Everything.
PS. Is 192.168.20.2/22 a typo?
