How does the WAN port work?

I can’t figure out how the WAN port works on the TP-Link wi-fi router.

The scheme is as follows, the address 10.100.1.1 /29 is configured on the WAN port of the wi-fi router, the address 10.100.1.2 is specified by the gateway.
The Wi-Fi router is connected to the CISCO router via the WAN port.
The CISCO router has an interface configured at 10.100.1.2 /29.
The local network 192.168.0.0/24 is also configured on the wi-fi router.
On the PC, ip 192.168.0.2/24 is configured; the gateway has ip 192.168.0.1, which is configured on the LAN wi-fi of the router.
Everything is set up, now to action.

Everything is pinged from PC:
192.168.0.1
10.100.1.1
10.100.1.2

Only PC 192.168.0.2 is pinged from CISCO router

So I can’t understand why the address 10.100.1.1 is not pinged from CISCO, although the mac address corresponding to this IP is visible in the ARP table and in general this network is connected for CISCO.
Perhaps this is a feature of WAN ports. Experts please enlighten in this matter.

In this kind of piece of iron, there is a separate item prohibiting ping for wan. And it is not in the firewall, but somewhere in the wan settings.
In the same place, web access is also prohibited on the wan port.

A common occurrence is that pings to the WAN port are closed on the router in the firewall.
You can open them if needed.

Well, because he's a van port. turn off the firewall on the tplink and everything will work.
By default, nothing should be allowed on the VAN.

Flash OpenWRT to this Tupolink and it will be fine :)
There you will have a console, and iptables, and logs

1. You have a typo somewhere. Either in the WAN settings, or in the interface settings on the tsiska (most likely the second option). Show screenshots of interfaces and routes settings
2. How does Tsiska ping PC? He is for NATO. Does she have some kind of route prescribed by statics?

Cisco should not see the PC through the wan port behind nat
