Why is the same PNG with a width of 927px - 25Kb, and with 930px - 4Kb?

Both pictures are exported from Photoshop, the difference is 3 pixels in width:

That's right, because by compressing the image you broke the periodicity of the white borders, which have a complex structure. As a result, instead of repeating 2 sets of pixels, each swirl became unique, and from this much more bytes were spent on encoding them.

So one of them is 72x72 DPI, and the second is 300x300

Try using PNG optimization tools, then you won't care about it. For example, TinyPNG optimizes pictures online . There is also OptiPNG for desktop work.
