Is it possible to write to the directory where the signed Adobe plugin was installed?

At the moment I am developing an extension for new Adobe products, where they essentially built the browser into the plugin window and the plugin runs as a separate process in it.
Before giving the extension for distribution, it is packaged and signed. As far as I understand, on the client computer, during installation, it is unpacked.
Since this topic is new, and has not yet been explored on the Internet, it is very difficult to find something. Therefore, I turn to those who have experience developing extensions for Adobe products with these two questions:

  • Is it possible to write to the directory where the signed Adobe plugin was installed?
  • Where can (and correctly) write data that is a local cache?

If I understand the question correctly, according to paragraph 2 is superfluous
It would be nice to indicate what and where you enter.
