The brush becomes dull in Flash Professional CC, what could be the problem?

When you draw something with a brush or pencil, it dulls. It feels like the program "FPS dropped to 2-3 frames per second." If you draw slowly, it's normal, I quickly move the brush, sharp corners and underdrawn areas are obtained. Who faced what could be the problem?

You just need to update Flash CC to the latest version. The problem is known in the old ones.
