"arrange" menu not working in adobe animate?
The ordering by layers (above/below/background/foreground) does not work in any way. Does not work with hotkeys or when working with the context menu. Generally firmly. You have to move it manually in the timeline window, but it's terrible, how inconvenient, there are a lot of layers and folders.
